Shaping the Future of Built and Digital Environments

Hi, I’m Todd. I design at the intersection of physical and digital spaces.

My journey began with architecture—designing resilient, adaptable, and human-centered environments, from creative rezoning to floodproofing and adaptive reuse. I now apply that same problem-solving mindset to UX/UI and product design, shaping thoughtful, impactful digital experiences.

My current interests lie in emerging technologies like AR, VR, and AI, where I see opportunities to transform how we interact with both digital and physical worlds.

Architecture Design Work

Tech-Driven Workspace Innovation

Led architectural design and coordination for Xandr’s HQ, featuring NYC’s largest kinetic sculpture and algorithmic environmental graphics. Managed BIM integration, tech-enabled spatial planning, and seamless collaboration with engineering teams to create a cutting-edge, light-filled workplace.

Adaptive Reuse & Renovation

Managed BIM for the complex renovation of Times Square Theater, integrating a modern retail space with historic preservation. Led the coordination of design phases, structural analysis, and preservation efforts using Revit and AutoCAD. Ensured alignment with city guidelines while preserving the theater’s historic façade and structural integrity.

Floodproofing Design

Led the flood-proofing design for NYCHA's Coney Island housing, addressing Hurricane Sandy damage. Managed integration of elevated infrastructure, durable materials, and safety features to enhance resilience. Ensured FEMA compliance and community engagement, balancing technical requirements with resident comfort and aesthetic improvements.

Innovative Learning Center for Yale's Business School

Contributed to the design of the Yale School of Management, focusing on creating state-of-the-art academic spaces that enhance learning and community interaction. The project aimed for LEED certification, integrating sustainable practices and modern design elements to support the school’s expansion and educational goals.

Community-Focused Resilience Planning

Planned and designed resilient and sustainable homes for Staten Island, addressing the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. The project involved creating homes that exceeded federal, state, and city energy codes, and incorporated innovative features to ensure long-term resilience and community integration.
